Returns & Refunds

At Sunnah Goods, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

We offer free returns in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received
  • Clothing exchanges (size or color)

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • Fragrance oils and perfumes
  • Kohl products
  • Black seed oil, honey, and consumables
  • Personal care items

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If any of the above items arrive defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • Clothing exchanges (size/color) are free
  • For other eligible items, customers may be responsible for return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

If the returned item is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer store credit or a partial refund
