Is your kohl safe to use?
Our kohl is 100% pure ithmid stone, finely ground, with no fillers or synthetic ingredients. It is lab tested and lead-free.
How do I start with a miswak?
Peel back about half an inch of bark, chew the end until soft bristles form, then brush your teeth and gums with gentle up-and-down strokes. Rinse it after use, keep it in the holder and trim the used bristles every few days.
Arak or Zaitoon miswak?
Arak miswak is soft with a mild taste and comes vacuum-sealed, ready to use. Zaitoon (olive) miswak is firmer with a bolder, earthy taste; soak the tip for a few hours before first use.
What does black seed oil taste like?
Bold, peppery and slightly bitter, which is a sign of high thymoquinone content. Many people mix it with raw honey. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, speak to your healthcare provider first.
Which kohl applicator should I choose?
Olive wood is our most popular. Beech is lighter and minimal, copper is the heritage choice and lasts for years, and the wooden stick works with any kohl jar.
