Orders are processed the same or next business day. Within the U.S. we ship by USPS, with an estimated delivery of 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Every order includes tracking. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the U.S.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Clothing exchanges for size or colour are free; for other returns you cover the return postage. Fragrances, kohl, black seed oil, honey and other consumables cannot be returned once opened. Email info@sunnahgoods.net to start a return before sending anything back.
How do thobe and abaya sizes work?
Al-Aseel thobes are sold by length (52 to 64) and fit (M to 3XL). Most other thobes, coats and abayas run from Small to 2XL. Jilbabs and khimars are one size. Each product page lists the exact sizes available.
Should I pick a fragrance oil or a spray?
Oils are concentrated and applied directly to the skin from a roll-on or glass stick; they come in 12 ml and 24 ml. Sprays are 100 ml eaux de parfum or 50 ml extraits with more projection. If you want to try before choosing, the Signature Discovery Set has five 5 ml samples. Musk Al Tahara is alcohol free.
What is in the gift boxes?
The Sunnah Essentials Box contains black seed oil, Ithmid kohl with applicator, a miswak box, a portable prayer mat and a magnetic gift box. The Sunnah Gift Box adds a 12 ml fragrance oil and a tasbih, plus a kufi (men) or hijab with underscarf (women). Exact contents are listed on each box's page.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, by DHL or USPS. DHL takes around 3 to 10 business days; USPS First-Class International can take 11 to 20 business days or more. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
