How to Use

• For extra pressure, place a pressure point attachment inside the cup before applying it (optional)
• Choose the right cup size for the area
• Place the cup on the skin, attach the pump to the valve, and squeeze gently until you reach a comfortable level of suction
• Remove the pump; the valve keeps the suction locked in
• To release, gently pull up the valve tip and lift the cup away
• For self-use on the back, connect the extension hose between the pump and the cup
• Use the massage board with a little oil to massage the area before or after your session
